Please join us as we listen and learn from Joy Bunton and her fellow activists from the The Peoples Response Network to Covid-19 on their work to keep their fellow community members informed and aware of how to stay safe and well. We we also hear from Jessica Motsinger, State Campaign Organizer for Illinois for the Repairers of The Breach and The Poor People’s Campaign, on what we can do to get involved in joining and supporting the Poor People’s Campaign and Low Wage Workers’ Assembly and Moral March on Washington D.C. and to the Polls on June 18th, 2022.

In addition, Sara Knizhnik, Director of Community Engagement for Newtown Action Alliance, will give an update on Ethan’s Law – the first gun safety bill in 30 years that has a real chance of becoming federal law – and will also provide an update on state-level initiatives to reduce gun violence, and share calls to action.
