“Let’s Take Action Now – To Stop Gun Violence” … A Gun Violence Prevention Discussion … October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month – this will be our Gun Violence Prevention (GVP) Focus for the Thursday Night Meeting, October 26th @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Our Speaker is Selene D., MSW, CDVP. She is an Intimate Partner Domestic Violence Counselor -Bilingual for WINGS Program, Inc.

Her program at October 26th GVP meeting will be a Community Presentation that explains WINGS services/programs. In addition Selene will talk about what domestic violence is and discuss safety planning.

As always, we hope your time with us will leave you inspired and more determined than ever to stand up and use your voice – and your vote – to create safer communities for every family in America.
