You and Your family are invited .. the NWSOFA Picnic will be Saturday 8/20 (Arlington Heights) ..

it’s kind of a 3 ring event .. NWSOFA & our partners groups .. politicians and candidates.. and folks from other groups .. some families..

We do a broad invitation .. people tend to show up in three groups .. early about 12 .. then meal time about 2 then later 4 to 5 .. have a open mike about 3 pm .. some overlap .. some stay all day .. some arrive early for set up and others stay late till after the sun goes down.

It’s alwaysa unique grouping .. .. some take the kayak or paddle boat (have 2 of each available) into the lake .. some swim ..

Although we get about 100+ attend .. since there is a lot of comings and goings .. it always is comfortable (not to many at one time..

It’s bring a plate .. we have a sign up form that will be sent out .. the wild card .. is the weather .. but the house has a walk out basement and on the worst of days we crowd into it till the weather leaves ..
