June 24 was the second anniversary of the fall of Roe v Wade, when half the population of the country lost their rights to have control over their own bodies
While Illinois now is a stronghold of protections for women, if Vice President Harris is not elected in November, even in Illinois we will not be protected from a religious minority determined to strip women of their rights.
We will be out at Volunteer Clock Tower Plaza in Palatine from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. this coming Monday, –and every Monday at this time until the election, to remind our community about what’s at stake in this election.
Join us on after work for a show of force to declare that women will be heard in this election.
