Illinois Concealed Carry Law: What You Need to Know to Build Safer Communities for All Families and Business

If you have questions regarding the new Illinois concealed carry law and its impact on you, your family or your business, then please join us and attend the NWSOFA Gun Violence Prevention Issues group public meeting which will be held at the Palatine Police Station in the Community Meeting room on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Speaker Lee Goodman, a volunteer with Peaceful Communities, Inc., an organization that promotes peace, justice, fairness, and the common good, will present an overview of the new concealed carry law. His presentation is designed to educate and inform the general public on what individual citizens, homeowners and local businesses need to know about the Illinois concealed carry law and its effect on gun violence prevention efforts.
