It is also Summer Time for NWSOFA as we heat up the Issues. But before we talk about "What's Happening in July", let's take a moment to reflect back to the spectacular events in July. No we're not talking about the Blackhawk's winning the Stanley Cup (although that was pretty cool, eh? What we are talking about are two historic SCOTUS Decisions. One upholding the ACA (ObamaCare) and the other making Marriage Equality the law in all 50 states. Then the President gets the TPA Authority to negotiate the TPP and then the President delivers one…
