NWSOFA Indivisible, GPAD, Ballot Z, and Indivisible IL TWITTERSTORMS Are Back!

March 18, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Arlington Heights, IL 60004
When: Thursday, March 18, 6:00 PM

Thursday (3/18) at 6:00 pm, Help us Activate Voters in the upcoming 4/6 Local Elections – we are TwitterStorming. Two more weeks and then it is GOTV with daily Tweet-O-Ramas for all candidates..

Thursday we have invited three (3) Village of Arlington Heights Trustee Candidates .. as we learn why they are running for office and what they can they can do for Arlington Heights.

Why a TwitterStorm? Voter participation for local elections is typically 17% or less. That’s compared to the 71% we just experienced in the last National Presidential election .. We need to drive voter participation as activating the Twitter-sphere is the perfect way. . We’re amping up the conversation to get the progressive / liberal / Democratic voters to turnout!!

RSVP to attend the Twitterstorm:

NWSOFA covers 6 townships (Hanover, Schaumburg, Elk Grove, Wheeling, Palatine & Barrington) and that includes a lot of partisan and non partisan elections .. For 2 hours every Thursday night — continuing through April 6th and finishing with a flurry of GOTV twitter activity in the last two weeks before the election.

We will have “Hunters” with experience, “Tweeters” tweeting premade tweets with graphics, and “Re-Tweeters” just hitting retweet to drive the “trending” of the tweets. It is easy .. even if you have never tweeted .. we will spend time getting you signed up and re-tweeting.

Wondering who those candidates are? .. for a list in the NWSOFA 6 township area .. click here: http://www.nwsofa.org/vote/

Come join us to ACTIVATE Progressive / Liberal & Democratic voters for the April 6th Local elections.

Help spread the word.
Hope you can join us!
